Swim Spa/Views/Gameroom/Theater/Luxe Design - Rabbit Run

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home and would absolutely come back! The mountain views were stunning, and our group of 10 adults especially loved gathering around the fire pits on both deck levels to relax, chat, and take in the scenery. One thing to note—there are definitely bears in the area. They were amazing to watch, but they will get into vehicles, so be sure to lock your doors and keep any food out of your car overnight. The house itself was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. The beds were cozy, and everyone had plenty of room to unwind without feeling crowded. The swim spa was a huge highlight—perfect after a day of exploring—and the game room kept everyone entertained in the evenings. The only improvement we’d suggest is updating the grill, though it still got the job done. That said, the rental company was extremely responsive—they delivered a grill brush to the house within 15 minutes of our request, which was impressive customer service! The location couldn’t have been better—perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making it easy to access everything while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. The home is at the top of a very windy road, so a little caution is needed when driving. There’s also a trolley stop at the welcome center at the bottom of the hill, which was super convenient. Overall, this place checked every box for a fun and relaxing group getaway. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

The house was really nice. It did have a few “flaws” for it being such a new house (fan not working and a bathroom door knob was broken). Those small details didn’t keep us from having a blast and enjoying this beautiful home with a beautiful view. The host was quick to respond to all messages, too. We will definitely rent this house again. Loved it!

Family came for Christmas. Was incredibly beautiful, clean and roomy for all of us! Will definitely come back.

The cabin was more than expected. Everything was great and in place with all that was promised. We had a great number of guests that were present. We had double appliances but one microwave. Reheating food was a problem and one stove was present. Other than that the house was clean , accessible, and spacious. Recommendations: Motion lights outside because guests saw a bear at the front porch. A parking block at the front right of the house A second microwave
