Winter getaway
We loved this house! It was the perfect layout to accommodate all of our family and still have space to roam. The kiddos loved all of the gaming tables and especially the swim spa! We will be back again soon!

The house offered every amenity you could want. It was clean and the location was great. Not easy to find a rental with 6 bedrooms with king beds. Would highly recommend!

Bear Bottom Christmas
We always stay at Cloud 9 chalets when going to the Smokies. Our last stay at Bear Bottom, we needed the main fireplace pilot light relit. It was Friday night and the normal maintenance people’ were not available, but Grant, the owner, came over and took care of it. Thanks for the quick response, also nice meeting you and really enjoyed talking with you. We will continue to use Cloud 9 and look forward to your new properties.

We booked this cabin last year. Pictures made me a little scared since I thought there was no way it would look exactly the same. They ended up exceeding my expectations. They did it then and they did it again this year. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again!
