POOL, Hot Tub, Theater, Game Room, Fire Pit - Sanctuary at Kettle Creek

This was the most relaxing and beautiful experience we’ve had since creating this “Family Vacation” we call The Griswold’s 2. We all bonded more and enjoyed just being under one beautiful and clean relaxing roof! We’d recommend this for ANYONE we know are planning to do a cabin experience in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! Thank you for making our stay feel so safe and blessed!

This house is gorgeous! We had two families coming from different parts of the country to stay here and reconnect. We loved the feeling of being remote with only having a short drive to town. The house is nicely appointed, and the kids loved playing in the pool! The management company is very responsive and accommodating!

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful place this month and couldn't have picked a better property. We had six adults and four kids - every family had their own space and bathroom. The kids really wanted to sleep in the lofts but they were pretty warm and a long way up. The Casper mattresses were Heaven - I actually had to ask what they were because I wanted to buy one ASAP! We really didn't want to leave to explore! The pool was a little cold (filter needed changed while we were there), but kids are crazy and really didn't mind. The back deck area where the Blackstone is was the perfect morning spot (the deck with the mountain view was wet every morning due to not being covered). However, it was a beautiful spot to hang in the evenings - bring bug spray because the mosquitos like to hang out too. I'd also recommend bringing Blackstone utensils if you have them - the kitchen was well equipped but our "chef" didn't really have any "flat" utensils to clean the surface with (iykyk). Both kids and adults really enjoyed the movie room, cornhole, upstairs rec area, and hot tub. We weren't lucky enough to see any wildlife while we were there - our household was probably too rowdy! Even though the house is outside of town, you still have other houses in the area that you can't see, which is nice. :) The welcome basket and wine was a lovely touch - we devoured every bit of it. A quick 10 min drive gets you into Gatlinburg for shops, restaurants, and a large grocery store (there are a couple smaller ones that are closer). If you're looking for a semi-remote vacation spot, Kettle Creek should definitely be your pick!

The property, home, location-all amazing! Property manager is very kind and helped ship an item back to us we accidently forgot. Over all a perfect time! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved how there were gates installed on all the stairs. It kept our grandson from trying to play on the stairs and getting hurt. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking amenities we needed, and everything was clean and in good shape
