Pool w/ a grotto!/Hot Tub/Game Room/Rooftop Deck - Appalachian Falls

I usually never leave reviews but this stay out did itself. The location and neighborhood was perfect for us we were only 15 minutes away from everything. The modern but cabin vibe was balanced very well. Super clean and the host responded whenever we needed them to make sure it was all smooth! I’m already recommending this stay with all family and friends.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the grotto house! My family was so comfortable and happy with the accommodations from the awesome pool and spa to the high end touches, fully equipped kitchen and the large luxurious bedrooms with each their own bathroom. Treat for all!

We had a great stay at the cabin! The home was clean and very well stocked. The downstairs is great for entertainment with the pool, pool table, arcade and shuffle board table. All the rooms were large and had plenty of bathroom space. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. There is still construction in the neighborhood but didn’t bother us. The views are amazing and you are 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 40 min to Gatlinburg. Really enjoyed this area and it’s close to all shopping needs.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The rooftop was a highlight, beautifully designed with a great view and a cozy gas fireplace that made evenings special. The jacuzzi and grotto was incredible, and even though the pool wasn’t warm at first, the maintenance team quickly came by and fixed the timer, which we really appreciated.The beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses that made it easy to relax after a long day. The bathrooms were stunning, the tile work was beautiful and added a touch of luxury.Overall, this place far exceeded our expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and we would absolutely stay here again.
